Our Aurora-DIA location is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! (Yes, we are always here!) You can pick-up or drop-off anytime, for no additional charge!

Yes! Our check out time is 1pm. Just like a normal hotel, if you pick up after 1pm you will be charged for another day.

Here at Club Pet, we provide elevated cots & fleece bedding and bowls for food & water. We ask that you bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier and bring their own food from home, individually portioned per meal. You are welcome to bring additional items, such as beds or toys. However, we recommend not bringing anything of sentimental value as items can be lost or damaged during their stay.

Yes! We always recommend bringing your pet’s own food and we ask that you individually bag your pet’s food by serving.

We can provide our house food for an additional cost. However, a rapid change in diet can cause a pet to have an upset tummy.

We have a team trained in administering many different types of medications, including insulin. There is a medication charge of $3 per day for 1 - 2 medications, or $5 per day for 3+ medications or medication that require special administration.* Please fill out the medication sheet prior to check in.
*Only our Aurora DIA location is able to administer advanced medications such as insulin.

Yes! We do offer a discount for multiple pets from the same family, if they are staying the same suite. Please see our boarding prices for dogs or cats for more information.

That’s not a problem at all! Club Pet offers numerous a la carte activities that can be done on an individual basis such as walks, play times, cuddles & swimming.

We can also exchange our included daycare service for individual activities for our boarding dogs that are not able to play in the playgroup due to medical reasons, social reasons, temperament reasons, not being fixed, etc. This service is an additional $5 a day, per dog.

We welcome pets of all ages to play in our daycare! All pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed or neutered (if older than 7 months) and have completed the daycare evaluation.

Yes, we require every pet to undergo a FREE 2 hour evaluation. This is to encourage balanced group play and to promote a happier & safer play environment.

Intact pets emit hormones as they begin to reach maturity that can make them a target in large group settings.

Also, 7 months of age generally marks the onset of a dog’s sexual maturity and we don’t want to risk reproduction.
