  • When we say 24 hours a day, we mean 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are always here for you and your pets. That means you can pick-up or drop-off anytime, for no additional charge. Give us a call for more information.

  • Here at Club Pet Resorts, we have a 1pm daily check out. While we are a 24hr facility, we have a boarding check out time the same as any other hotel. If you need to pick up your pet after 1pm, you will be charged for another day.

Need a later check out time? Consider becoming a Club Pet VIP for a 3pm check out and other perks. Please call with any questions.

  • For everyone’s safety, we ask that you bring your pet into the facility on a leash or in a carrier as our lobby is rarely empty. We request that you bring their own food from home, individually portioned per meal. You are welcome to bring additional items, such as beds or toys, however, we recommend not bringing anything of sentimental value as items can be lost or damaged during their stay. Here at Club Pet, we provide elevated cots & fleece bedding as well as food & water bowls.

  • We always recommend bringing your pet’s own food, individually portioned by serving. We can provide our house food for an additional cost, however, a rapid change in diet can cause a pet to have an upset tummy, particularly when they’re already excited in a new environment. You can call for additional information on food prep and best practices.

  • Our Pet Professionals are trained in administering many different types of medications, including insulin. There is a medication charge of $4/day for 1-2 medications, or $8 per day for 3+ medications as well as any medications that require special administration, such as insulin. Please fill out a medication form prior to check in.

  • No, we do not offer a discount for multiple pets from the same family, however we do allow them to share a suite. This can benefit your pets by providing a sense of comfort and security while also helping them adjust to their new surroundings. Please see our boarding prices for cats and dogs for more information.

  • That’s not a problem at all! Club Pet offers numerous a la carte activities for pets that prefer individual care such as walks, play times, cuddle sessions, and swimming.

We understand that not all of our boarders are able to participate in group play due to varying circumstances such as medical reasons, social/temperament reasons, and intact status. Because of this, pet parents have the option of opting out of play times in favor of individualized activities for an additional $5/day, per dog.

  • We offer both full and half day daycare, with the option for a la carte add-ons to make your pets day even more exciting. Planning on multiple visits? Our pre-paid multi-day packages* give you a bulk discount for daycare to use as needed. Click here for pricing details.

*Our packages are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

  • We welcome dogs of all ages and sizes in our daycare! To accommodate this, we have different groups ensuring the safety of each and every one of our playful pups. As safety will always be our top priority, we require all pets to complete a daycare evaluation. Each dog must also be up-to-date on all vaccines and, if older than 7 months, be spayed or neutered.

  • There are several reasons why we require each of our new dog friends to undergo a free 2 hour evaluation before allowing them into daycare, the first of which is safety. Our Pet Professionals are highly trained and certified in dog behavior meaning their job is to observe dog behavior and keep all pets in their charge safe and happy. The evaluation encourages balanced group play to promote a safe and happy environment and discern where your pet will best thrive during their stay. Call today to set up your free evaluation.

  • That’s not a problem at all! Club Pet offers numerous a la carte activities for pets that prefer individual care such as walks, play times, cuddle sessions, and swimming. Your dog will still get the care and attention they deserve while you handle your human responsibilities.

  • The primary concern is safety. Intact pets emit hormones as they begin to reach maturity, which can make them a target in a large group setting. Seven (7) months of age generally marks the onset of a dog’s sexual maturity so we also don’t want to risk reproduction.

  • For intact dogs over 7 months, we recommend our Teenage Play Day Program. We’ve curated this group to safely continue the proper socialization of our teenage pups from ages 7-14 months. Call today to book your appointment.

  • For puppies under the age of 7 months, we recommend our Puppy Play Day Program. We’ve curated this program to help safely socialize puppies during this crucial time of development. Call today to set up your appointment.
