Helpful Hints

1. Make sure your dog is current on his/her vaccinations.  You must bring written documentation from your vet showing our required vaccinations.  We will not allow dogs that are overdue on vaccines to stay at our hotel.

2. If you choose to bring your own food, please have dry food prepackaged in individual feedings. Ziplocs work great! Can food may arrive in cans.

3. If you choose to bring your own bedding or toys please have your pets’ first and last name on them. We will do our very best but cannot guarantee they will be returned or be intact.

4. Medications must be in the prescription bottle with the correct dosage, administering instructions, veterinarian’s name and phone number. We do not do injections or allow animals with stitches.

5. If you are using our shuttle service to DIA please have your itinerary faxed or emailed to us before your reservation.  Please see our contact page for email address.

6. Always give yourself 20 minutes for check in.  We highly recommend you make appointments for drop off and pick up.
