FAQ

1.) I am a new client, how do I get started?
You will need to download and fill out the new client paperwork located on the forms menu.  You may submit these forms via fax or email.  If you already have your current vaccination paperwork you may send that along also.  If you will be using our parking and shuttle service please make sure we have your flight information at least 48 hours in advance.

2.) How do I make a reservation?
You may make a reservation online, call or even stop by the resort.  Upon your request Club Pet Resorts will need a credit card on file and a deposit will be taken equal to a one night stay of the room your request. At this time we will need your pet’s current vaccination information, any itinerary of your travel, and drop off and pick up times.

3.) What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be 72 hours in advance or a one night deposit equal to the room rate requested will be charged to the credit card on file.

4.)  What vaccinations do you require?
*For our dog friends:

Bordetella (kennel cough) administered within 6 months

Dhlpp (distemper) administered within 1-3 years

Rabies administered within 1-3 years

*we recommend the canine influenza vaccination but do not require it*

*For our cat friends:
FPV (feline distemper) with 1-3 years

Rabies administered within 1-3 years 
FVRC (upper respiratory) recommended but not required

5.) Do you allow tours at your facilities?
Yes.

DIA FACILITY: You may come by anytime between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Sunday.

PARKER FACILITY: you may come by anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday thru Saturday.

6.) Should I bring my dog’s own food or use yours?
Club Pet Resorts feeds the all natural chicken and rice Kirkland brand food at no extra cost.  If your pet is on his/her own special food we do recommend you bring it with you.  Own dry food must be prepackaged in individual feedings (Ziploc bags work great!) and wet food may remain in the can.

7.) May I bring my pet’s own belongings?
Yes. Club Pet Resorts will provide your pet with a bed, blanket and Kong toy.  If you would like to bring your own belongings Club Pet will not be responsible for lost or destroyed luggage.  Please try to limit your toys to 1 or 2 items.

8.) Will you administer medications?
Yes.  We would be happy to administer your pet’s medication as long as you bring it in the prescription bottle.  We are unable to take care of pets that have sutures, bandages, casts, open wounds or require injections.

9.) How are medical issues or emergencies handled?
If your pet requires medical attention we will immediately contact the owner.  If the pet’s own veterinarian is local and close by we will contact them and make an appointment. Emergencies will be transported to the nearest emergency clinic. Please make sure your vet and contact numbers are current.

10.) How does 24 hour service work?
Club Pet Resorts DIA is open 24 hours 7 days a week!  Public business hours are Monday     
through Sunday from 6:30AM to 6:30PM.  After hour appointments are available by strict appointment only, please call for information.  If you are utilizing our shuttle service to and from the airport make sure all arrangements are made prior to dropping off your pet.
