House Rules
Reservations:
- A room can only be guaranteed if the reservation is confirmed in advance with a valid credit card.
- Normal business hours are between 6:30am and 6:30pm. Appointments must be made for drop off and pick ups outside normal business hours.
- Reservations of 20 night or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking
- A 5 day minimum is required for reservations during major holidays
- Fourth of July (July 2-6)
- Thanksgiving (November 25-29)
- Christmas (December 23-27)
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a 1 night charge to the credit card on file.
Vaccinations:
Canine guests- All guests must be at least 4 months of age
- All guests must provide proof of current vaccinations Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella.
- All guests must be at least 4 months old
- All guest must provide proof of current vaccination Rabies, FVRCP(distemper)
Health:
Club Pet Resorts will not accept the following:- Guests that are in late stages of terminal illness
- Guests that have had a communicable illness of any kind during the 30 days prior to check-in
- Guest that require medical treatment beyond the dispensing of oral and topical medication such as bandages, sutures, drains or casts.
Playgroups:
- All canine guests will be assigned to a playgroup based on their temperament.
- Guests must be neutered or spayed and evaluated
Individual play program:
- Reasons for Individual play program include but are not limited to : Intact males, unspayed females, dogs that are aggressive and display behavior that is not conducive to safely playing with other guests and dogs that are human aggressive .
Secured Parking and Shuttle Service: (available only at the DIA location)
- Secured parking is limited. Penthouse suites include parking and shuttle service at no extra charge and have first right. If availability arises, parking spaces may be purchased for an extra charge for standard room clients.
- Club Pet is not responsible for damage to vehicles by unforeseen causes such as but not limited to weather conditions.
- Shuttle service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours day and available to standard room clients for a fee. It is the client’s responsibility to stay in contact with Club Pet representatives on flight changes or delays. Club Pet will monitor flight status to the best of their ability. You must have your itenarary emailed to us at least 48 hours in advanced.
